1. THE HOUR

John 12:23 Jesus replied, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.

John 2:4 “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”

John 7:30 At this they tried to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him, because his hour had not yet come.

John 8:20 Yet no one seized him, because his hour had not yet come.

2. THE KERNEL OF WHEAT

John 12:24 Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

3. LOSE YOUR LIFE

John 12:25 Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.

Psuche

Now let’s come to Matthew 6:25. In this verse, the Greek word psuche is translated as life:

“Because of this, I say to you, Do not be anxious for your life, what you should eat or what you should drink; nor for your body, what you should put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body than clothing?”

4. KEEP YOUR LIFE
