After floating around for about a year Noah landed on the mountains of Ararat. Even though the ark had landed, the ground was still not dry, so Noah I had to stay in the ark for a couple more months. After this God commanded Noah and his wife and their sons and their wives to leave the ark along with all the animals that were with them. Noah then proceeded to build an altar and sacrificed some clean animals, and God found the aroma to be very pleasing. God said at that time –
Genesis 8: 21-22
“I will never again curse the ground because the man, for the for the intentions of man's heart is evil from his youth. Neither will I ever again strike down every living creature as I have done while the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.”
The scripture again shows how God views our heart. No matter what we think, no matter how good we think we are, God views our heart as evil right from our youth. This is the condition of every person ever born, except of course Jesus. This is a very good example, of why we need a savior! What happens when we get saved is God changes our heart, from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh, to a heart that likes sin, to a heart that wants to walk in God's ways and statutes. This is what it means to be born again! And when we are born again, we will live forever, and because we live forever our names will be found in the book of Life! Also, because we will live forever the second death has no power over us.
Genesis: 9-1
God then commanded Noah “to be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth”
After this God set the rainbow in the sky as a sign of the covenant between Him and us, and never again will God destroy the earth by a flood. Noah then lived for another 350 years, in all Noah lived 950 years and then he died.
We next see in Genesis chapter 10, what is called a table of nations. There are either 70 or 72 nations depending on what version of the story you read, the difference being in one of the versions some of the nations are split up into two nations instead of 1. This is where all the nations of the world and the peoples of the world originate from.
In Genesis Chapter 11 we pick up the story where the people started to migrate. But instead of spreading around the world they decided to form a city in the land of Shinar, or in the area today known as Iraq. So, they decided to build a city there with bricks and bitumen. They also decided to build a tower with his top in the heavens, and decided to make a name for themselves, they wanted to do this because they did not want to be dispersed around the world but become strong in one location.

In doing this, they formed the first one world government and the first one world religion. Times have not really changed; we are still trying to do that to this day! As the Bible prophesies that the Antichrist will indeed create a one world government and under him, he will create a one world religion. We can see the fruits of this taking place right now, a couple of weeks ago the Pope was in Singapore and said that all religions lead to God. He was promoting the one world religion, and in doing so he took the words of Jesus and threw them right in the garbage. Jesus was very specific about this when he said-

John 14:6
Jesus leaves no room for any other way to get to the Father accept through what He did on the cross, and by His blood He shed on the cross thus forgiving our sins.
So, God had yet another problem with man and He had to deal with it. So, God dispersed man over the earth and confused his languages. He also had enough trying to deal with the entire world and delegated the authority to these nations that he created to His sons.
